This is Jonny Allison and he is our new Veteran Community Co-Ordinator for Scotland.
He is setting up a SMART Veterans network starting in Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Jonny served with the Kings own Scottish Borderers and 1 Scots – the Royal Regiment of Scotland, and experienced operational tours off Iraq, Northern Ireland and Afghanistan.
He was a SMART Recovery volunteer facilitator for our veteran only meetings. We are delighted to be able to employ him full time to expand and develop the network.
This has been made possible by the Scottish Government Grass Roots Fund for tackling drug deaths and overdoses.
