North East Activities
Our North East and Yorkshire Community Coordinator, Jeni Langley kicked off Self-Care Week in style by representing UK SMART Recovery at South Tyneside Council’s ‘A Better U’ drop-in at Cleadon Park Library, South Shields on Monday. The event was attended by lots of other local services and a wellbeing singing group called ‘The Zingers’ provided a wonderful soundtrack to the morning. The Mayor and Mayoress of South Tyneside Council also popped in for a chat.
