Zoom Camera Issues
After a recent update, some facilitators and participants have developed issues with their Webcam images looking distorted. If this happens to you, a possible fix we have found which has solved this for a couple of people may help. See below on how to do this…
· Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
· Click your profile picture, then click Settings.
· Click the Video tab.
· Click Advanced.
· The following options will be available (depending on your operating system):
- Optimize video quality with de-noise
If it’s ticked, remove the tick. If it’s not ticked, tick it. Do the opposite of what it currently is and hopefully that solves it.
Online Meetings
Did you know that we also offer online meetings on our meetings map? For example, please find information for our meeting that we hold in Cambridge here. Anyone in the UK can attend this meeting. Other Online SMART meetings can be found on the map. Put your postcode in the search box at the top of the page and other online meetings might be available in your area.
