Marcantonio said

“I’m delighted to be taking over from Professor Robin Davidson as Chair of the Board of Trustees. I am a wholeheartedly behind the UK SMART Recovery cause and believe that is making a significant difference to the life chances of many people. I look forward to continuing to work with the trustees and the team to build on what has been accomplished already and to step up another level in expanding and delivering our services.

I also wanted to take the opportunity to thank Professor Davidson on behalf of the Board of Trustees for guiding UK SMART Recovery from the tumultuous situation it was in when he took over to the stable and growing organisation that it currently is. Thank you, Robin, for the work you have done for the charity.

Finally, I want to thank all our facilitators, partners and staff for the hard work they are putting into ensuring that UK SMART Recovery services are continuing to be delivered to all those in need irrespective of the national crisis we are facing.”
