For anybody who missed the Adrian Chiles documentary that aired last year, BBC Two are showing this again on Sunday 13th January at 10pm (except Wales and Wales HD).
Adrian took a look at our problematic relationship with alcohol and learned how the SMART programme supports people to address their addictive behaviours. The resulting conversations showed an open and honest examination of alcohol use in the UK and whether moderation is possible, or if abstinence is the only way.
